The combination of lupus erythematosus and erythema multiforme has been grouped as Rowell’s syndrome. Laboratory investigations showed speckled antinuclear antibody, positive anti-dsDNA and rheumatoid factor positivity. Skin lesions healed with hyperpigmentation within four weeks of therapy.
