This article analyzes the correlation between competitiveness determinants and financial performance indicators of interurban transport companies operating in the Katanga Copperbelt. Within an environment characterized by high capital intensity, the study seeks to understand how competitive advantage translates into sustainable profitability. Using accounting and operational data, the research demonstrates that operational cost control and fleet efficiency are the primary drivers of financial health in this strategic corridor.
