This study investigates the link between leadership skills and organizational performance. Effective leaders possess a variety of skills, including commitment, integrity, and the ability to motivate others. They must also understand their
roles and responsibilities. Servant leadership, which prioritizes employee well-being, is highlighted as a successful approach. The research acknowledges that some leaders may not recognize the value of their employees, particularly those at lower levels. However, leaders who demonstrate humility and respect can achieve outstanding results. The study acknowledges the influence of various factors on organizational performance, including communication, trust, and
company culture. It emphasizes the importance of leaders possessing technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills for success. Overall, the research aims to examine the leadership skills present at Motortrade Nationwide Corporation and their impact on the company’s performance.
