To be well organized, an organization needs an expert in the field. Today, organizations operating around the world face many challenges. How corporate managers achieve their duty is the necessary matter to the office of the research company. This provides an example of Islamic management; where leaders and those in authority were to go to the "divine" precepts and customs, and the discipline of the fullness of instruction, access, had put in the name of the organization.
